Top Tips to help you Sell Your Property

Shooting a short video tour of your property instead of taking photos will give the viewer a much more accurate representation of the property. A video tour will also give the viewer a better perspective of the property.

Keep the property tidy. Many potential buyers find a messy house a major turn off when looking to purchase a property.

Show any damage to the property in your pitch. Don’t try and deceive any buyers as with a major purchase such as a house, any smart buyer will get second or third opinions from structural professionals who will reveal any damage to the house. This will result in the wasting of your time and the buyer’s time and money as well.

If you are having trouble selling your property, ask a friend or neighbour for their honest opinion on your property. This will give you an outsider’s perspective on your property but brace yourself for some straight talking.

Many buyers start their new property search online so direct as many people as possible to your pitch.

First impressions are critical so make sure your property has a homely feel to it by keeping off putting elements such as nasty scents and distasteful items out.

Top Tips on posting in the Charity Channel

A few tips on pitching into the Charity channel. First thing to keep in mind is that you will need to specify the cause and what type of help you are seeking (e.g. volunteers, monetary donations, equipment etc).

The second tip would be to specify the location of either the cause yourself so help and volunteers know where to travel to.

The third tip is to be safe and have fun!

5 Quick Tips to Save the Planet

Here are the Pitch Your Case 5 Quick Tips to Save the Planet
  • Lower the temperature in your house during the winter. If you start to feel the chill then wear an extra layer to combat the cold.
  • When shopping at supermarkets, take a backpack or a re-usable bag to cut down on the amount of plastic bags used.
  • Turn off all electrical items at the plug that do not require to be on stand-by (for example TV, computer, laptops etc)
  • If you live local and drive to work, try swapping the car for a bicycle. Cycling to work will drastically cut down CO2 emissions.
  • Recycle, Recycle, Recycle! Every little counts!
If you have any other good tips on how to save the planet then why don’t you upload your pitch at http://www.pitchyourcase.com/pitch/add?channel=planet

Tips on pitching in the Business Channel

I hope most of you have had the chance to take a look around the Pitch Your Case website. This blog is about tips on pitching in the business channel.
The first tip is presentation... presentation...presentation.
First impressions mean everything and nothing is as mentally deflating as knowing you have made a bad first impression. If seeking investment, it would be a good idea to be formally dressed and pitch coherently. If you’re looking to invest the tip is the same - you may be competing with other potential investors and the person or company looking for investment may have a choice between two or more investors.
Tip number 2 - stand out. Make a creative pitch and stand out. We LOVE creativity here at Pitch Your Case!
The fantastic aspect of Pitch Your Case is you can have as many takes as you like at recording the video until you are one hundred percent satisfied with the video before uploading it to the website.
