Top Tips to help you Sell Your Property

Shooting a short video tour of your property instead of taking photos will give the viewer a much more accurate representation of the property. A video tour will also give the viewer a better perspective of the property.

Keep the property tidy. Many potential buyers find a messy house a major turn off when looking to purchase a property.

Show any damage to the property in your pitch. Don’t try and deceive any buyers as with a major purchase such as a house, any smart buyer will get second or third opinions from structural professionals who will reveal any damage to the house. This will result in the wasting of your time and the buyer’s time and money as well.

If you are having trouble selling your property, ask a friend or neighbour for their honest opinion on your property. This will give you an outsider’s perspective on your property but brace yourself for some straight talking.

Many buyers start their new property search online so direct as many people as possible to your pitch.

First impressions are critical so make sure your property has a homely feel to it by keeping off putting elements such as nasty scents and distasteful items out.

Top Tips on posting in the Charity Channel

A few tips on pitching into the Charity channel. First thing to keep in mind is that you will need to specify the cause and what type of help you are seeking (e.g. volunteers, monetary donations, equipment etc).

The second tip would be to specify the location of either the cause yourself so help and volunteers know where to travel to.

The third tip is to be safe and have fun!
